Weβre looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with native or near-native English to help grow our client base. This is the first BDR hire in the company, so you have a chance to become Head of BDR. If youβre a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, weβd love to hear from you!
What Youβll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts, with a strong focus on cold calling and cold emails, to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and position ManyPixels as the ideal design solution.
- Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversions.
- Keep CRM records updated and track key metrics.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market trends.
What Weβre Looking For
- 2+ years of outbound sales or BDR (SaaS, design, or creative services is a plus).
- Fluent or near-native English (written and spoken).
- Proven success in cold outreach, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRMs (we use HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Independent yet collaborative, able to contribute to an international team.
